We Accept but are Out-of Network with the following dental plans:

• Geha PPO

• Guardian PPO

• Metlife PPO

Unfortunately, we do not accept any HMO or Medicare plans. 

*It is important to remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company. We are only a third party to this agreement. Our office will prepare and submit the necessary claim forms for these benefits.  However, any portion not covered by your insurance company is due at the time of service.
