First Visit: What to Expect
Your first visit will take approximately one hour. We will begin with a consultation, getting to know any of your past dental experiences and procedures you have had done. Then, we will clean your teeth and take a few X-rays. Our doctors will screen you for signs of tooth decay, periodontal disease, and jaw problems. We also look for any signs of oral cancer. After the exam, your Columbia dentist will discuss any issues they found during your appointment and provide you with a variety of treatment options.
