Affordable Financing Options
Your dental health is a priority and can affect your overall wellbeing if you aren’t able to get the treatment you need. If you are concerned about financing your radiant, healthy smile, we are pleased to offer third-party financing through CareCredit. CareCredit allows for low monthly payments to make your dental care more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a designated period of time so you can focus on bettering your dental health and restoring your smile.
We process your dental insurance claims; however, it’s important to know that dental insurance rarely ever covers the total cost of treatment. Your co-payment is due at, or prior to the time of treatment. If your insurance carrier has not paid a claim within 30 days of submission, you agree to contact them on behalf of Columbia Family Dental to ensure payment is in progress. If your insurance has not paid within 60 days of submission, you accept responsibility for payment in full of any outstanding balance.
